Recording a string trio, concerts and more

We did a lot of recording and mixing for our new album last month. One of the things that we recorded was a string trio, for a ballad that will be released on the album. Watch the pictures and/or a one minute live recording here. And there is more. First of all, we’re looking forward to our next livestream concert, on the Dutch Composers Day (in Dutch: Dag van de Componist), on the 18th of June. On top of that it’s just confirmed that we’ll also play live on the Knapsack Festival in collaboration with Gluren bij de Buren in July in Delft. Our brand new album is due to be released in September this year. Speaking of which…. last Sunday was the release party of the beautiful ‘Cancelled’ book, a book with pictures of and interviews with Dutch artists like Francis van Broekhuizen, Trijntje Oosterhuis, Michael Varekamp, Simone Kleinsma, Karin Bloemen and many more. And us.

Something else. Petra, our singer, will give vocal coaching sessions during the Summer Music Academy in the beautiful mountains of Transsylvania, near the famous castle of count Dracula. If you’re interested, visit the website of the Summer Music Academy or go to their Facebook page.
