You have free entrance, and there’s a recommended donation of 5,- euro’s for the victims of the typhoon ( all goes to giro 555), but you are free to donate whatever you can afford.
Many bands will play that day, also Catself and Merlijn Nash.
Yesterday our director Riske de Vries recorded the second day of our new videoclip with us at Café Pardoen
Together with the crew, the extra’s and make up artist Esther Phaff they did a great job ! We also would like to thank the owner and staff from Café Pardoen and Chalet ten Bosch
for their great hospitality !

Saturday we’ll have a recording session for our new videoclip , together with director Riske de Vries ( this is her site ) . We also will have a recording session at October 13 in Rotterdam. For that session we are looking for extras (figurants). Please send us an email or facebookmessage when you’re interested….
We are very proud to announce that famous dutch artist Fay Lovsky is the featuring artist at one of the songs from the new Chabliz- album. The song is called : “You were meant for me” and is written by Neil Hannon and Joby Talbot. The song is ready and mastered now and we want to release it this autumn. We’re still searching for a label to release the album.
Fay Lovsky plays a theremin solo and she also plays the singing saw in this great song.

Today it’s excactly 84 years ago that shockrocker avant-la-lettre Screamin’Jay Hawkins was born. We recorded a tribute to him; his famous hit “I Put A Spell On You.” you are able to listen to it right here:

Our concert in Leiden last Saturday was quite nice. Our audience was MARVELLOUS ! They weren’t with many people ( we had to compete with the “Lakenfeesten”, a big yearly festival in Leiden ). But eventhough we sold a few cd-albums and the people who watched us really appreciated the gig. Singer-songwriter Catself played before us and she did a really great job too. The audience was very silent when she played her songs.

Chabliz just put an album compilation at Soundcloud !!!
This is a compilation, a “sneak preview” of the new, upcoming Chabliz album, that will be released in 2013. We are looking for a record company who is able to release the album.
Sixty minutes of music has been brought back to sixteen minutes. We tried to bring you the “highlights”of the album, but sometimes its hard to chose which pieces the highlights are , and in a compilation like this you just can’t only put all the refrains and/or the finals right behind eachother, music only “works” if there is a built up sometimes. However, we tried to glue pieces from all the songs together, in another order than the album-order, because this is a sneak preview and thats not the same.You can press the link here:
